The company makes all the necessary resources available for the implementation and maintainance of a Quality Management System which complies with ISO 9001:2000.

This quality policy has been established by Telford to guide the actions of all employees regarding quality and reviews are carried out yearly.

To ensure that it is understood and implemented at all levels of the organization the quality policy will be explained and discussed during general orientation meetings.
